Alabama's Mandatory Mask Order

Governor Ivey announced a statewide mandatory mask order for Alabama effective tomorrow July 16th at 5pm. The health and well-being of our members and employees remain a top priority as we continue to practice appropriate social distancing measures and take every safety precaution.

All Branch Lobbies Opening May 1st

We are happy to announce that all AOD Federal Credit Union branch office lobbies will open to serve members in a limited capacity beginning Friday, May 1st. We continue to encourage you to access your accounts and manage your money through our digital channels. 

Regular Business Hours will resume on May 1st.

The Health and well-being of our members and employees remains a top priority as we continue to practice appropriate social distancing measures and have taken every safety precaution. 

What to expect when visiting a Branch Lobby
We have taken every safety precaution and we ask that you do the same.  

  • The branch will only allow a limited number of members inside at a time.
  • Masks are required and must be worn inside at all times.
    • You will be asked to quickly pull down your mask for security/identity purposes.
  • When you enter the Branch please stand on the available “Stand Here” floor decal.
  • Please remain 6ft apart.
  • Follow the Exit and Enter signage in the branch to help with the flow of social distancing.

SCAMS

During this time, we also want to remind you to stay alert for any scams that might be out there, including fraudulent calls, emails, and text messages. AOD Federal Credit Union will never contact you by phone, email, or text to ask you to update your account information or to provide your account number, Personal Identification Number (PIN), Debit or Credit Card Number, Password, or Social Security Number. If you think there is potential fraud on your account, please call us at 800-637-0299.
