Visiting a Branch Lobby

What to expect when visiting a Branch Lobby
We have taken every safety precaution and we ask that you do the same.  

  • Masks Preferred
    • You will be asked to quickly pull down your mask for security/identity purposes.
  • When visiting a Member Service Office you will be asked to wear a mask. 

SCAMS

During this time, we also want to remind you to stay alert for any scams that might be out there, including fraudulent calls, emails, and text messages. AOD Federal Credit Union will never contact you by phone, email, or text to ask you to update your account information or to provide your account number, Personal Identification Number (PIN), Debit or Credit Card Number, Password, or Social Security Number. If you think there is potential fraud on your account, please call us at 800-637-0299.

Longer than normal Drive-Thru and Call wait times

As we support those impacted by COVID-19, we are experiencing longer than normal Drive-Thru and Call wait times. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause but please be assured we have everyone’s best interest in mind and are in this together.
