Find the Mortgage Loan that's right for you!

Whether you are looking to purchase a new home or secondary residence or even refinance, we have several options available to you for financing. We offer very competitive interest rates on our mortgage loans. We do require a small application fee of $375 that covers your appraisal, credit report fee, and verification fee.

Fixed Rate Loans

Fixed rate mortgage loans give you the security of knowing your interest rate will not change. AODFCU provides you the area's competitive rates and you will rest easy knowing that your monthly payment stays the same for the life of your loan. AOD offers terms up to 15 years.

Adjustable Rate Mortgages

Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARMs) typically begin with a lower rate than a fixed rate mortgage thereby lowering your payment initially. They are tied to an index, such as the one-year United States Treasury Bill. The rate is determined each adjustment period by adding a margin (usually 2% to 2.75%) to the index. AODFCU offers terms up to 30 years.

Second Mortgages

You can take out a second mortgage for any of the same reasons you would use an equity line. The difference is that a second mortgage is for a fixed term and does not allow you to access it over and over again. The advantage is that your payment will be amortized over a fixed term. Second mortgages can be fixed rate or adjustable rate mortgages. AODFCU offers terms up to 10 years.

Residence Type Term Rate
Primary Residence 15 years or less Fixed Rate
