Information Support Specialist
AOD Federal Credit Union in the Oxford/Anniston area is seeking an Information Support Specialist. This individual will provide support to Credit Union personnel in the use of automation products, personal computers, on-line application systems, user-based peripherals, etc; as well as provide assistance to the membership for support of electronic services. The candidate must have 2 to 5 years of similar or related experience; a 2-year college degree, or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school, or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program; knowledge of office automation products, word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail, personal computers, PC operating systems, Server operating systems, routing, networking, and peripheral equipment; and be able to work and travel independently and use general office equipment. Collections Manager
AOD Federal Credit Union in the Oxford/Anniston area is seeking a Collections Manager. This individual is responsible for controlling delinquent accounts, collecting delinquent loan payments, maintaining collateral insurance and/or recovering and disposing of repossessed collateral; hiring, scheduling, training, and monitoring the work of other Collectors. Candidate must have 5-10 years of similar or related experience as well as (1) a two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school. Candidate must be familiar with federal and state laws concerning the collection and reporting of debts. Candidate must be able to touch type using a keyboard and have significant experience using MS Office Suite. Job requires excellent oral, writing and leadership skills.
